Shipping Policy

We provide Shipping anywhere across India and we use India Post services for our shipments. Currently we do not ship products internationally.

We provide free shipping for some areas within Goa and for all other areas shipping cost will be shown in the cart during checkout. Kindly note that not all the products are eligible for free shipping.

Normal shipping estimate for all the shipments are between 5 to 7 business days (Within Goa) and 12 to 15 days (Outside Goa). Delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are definitely trying to mitigate.

Conditions for Cancelling the Order:

Your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched with a small fees charged by payment gateway provider and conversion charges.

The deadline for canceling an order is till the ordered items are shipped by us. No cancellation request will be entertained once the items are already shipped.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by submitting a form on the “Contact Us” page of the website OR e-mailing us at support@chanekarclassics.com. While doing so, you must clearly mention the Order number and the reason for cancelling the order.

Conditions for Return:

The deadline for returning the ordered items is 2 days from the date you receive the ordered items. No return request will be entertained after that.

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• Items were not picked up by you personally.
• The items were received by you not more than 2 days back.
• The items are in the original packaging
• Items are accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
• Incase the received items are damaged OR received in bad condition and is not consumable, justify your claim by emailing proper photographs of the received items at support@chanekarclassics.com (You need to clearly specify the order number and the date of items received.

Items cannot be returned under following conditions:

• The supply of items made to your specifications and are received by you in good condition and on time.
• The supply of items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of items that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
